Created in 1992, QUALTECH takes part of a long tradition of research and analytical services originating with the Ecole de Brasserie de Nancy (Nancy school of brewing) more than a century ago.

Thanks to a close relationship with the IFBM (the French Institute of Brewing and Malting), its mother company, QUALTECH proposes continuously updated services to meet the expectations of the barley to beer chain and the ever growing requirements of the legislation.

Qualtech applies methods of analysis widely accepted by the malting and brewing industries, worldwide. Moreover:

	QUALTECH is accredited by the Syndicat de Paris du Commerce et des Industries des grains (French equivalent to GAFTA), under the Addendum Technique n°4 for the sale of brewing barley
	QUALTECH is also accredited by COFRAC - programme n°98, for the analyses of beers, malts and barleys, pursuant to ISO IEC 17025
	Last, QUALTECH takes part to various proficiency schemes in France and abroad, among which IFBM’s.
